Purchased from Diefenthal by Norman Currie, the business was renamed Polymer Extrusion Technologies (UK) Ltd in December 2014.

Polymer Extrusion Technologies (UK) Ltd works with customers across Europe, handling a wide range of plastics including PET, PBT, PP, HDPE and PEN.

We are one of very few UK companies able to specify IV during the Batch SSP process. This leads to significantly improved production efficiencies for our clients, including reduced waste and increased final product toughness.

Alternatively, why not buy our food grade EFSA compliant PET pellets directly from us. Kudos can be used to offset virgin material, with client specified IV.

Our experience of virgin materials has also given us considerable expertise in the handling of post industrial and post consumer waste plastics. where we are able to remove VOC's in accordance with the stringent "challenge test" for food applications  (EC No 282/2008). 

We are also able to specify a final IV for waste plastics, and clients are typically able to incorporate higher volumes of recycled pellets in their production process as a result.
